
Clayton Harder
Clayton is a Toronto-based musician and music producer. Once dubbed a “bass phenom,” he began his career touring internationally with the Vancouver-based death metal band Archspire. After several years in the metal scene, Clayton shifted musical direction, pursuing jazz and classical studies at York University. Now a dynamic presence in Toronto’s vibrant music scene, he collaborates with a diverse range of artists, performing everything from jazz and blues to Latin and funk. His notable projects include performing with Toronto jazz artist Kenny Kirkwood and as a core member of the lively ragtime ensemble The Roast Chicken Ramblers.
