How long is the show?
The performance is approximately 1 hour 45 minutes, including a 15-minute interval.
What time should i arrive?
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the performance starts. Latecomers will miss part of the show, and won’t be seated until a suitable break in the performance.
Does my child need a ticket?
Yes, everyone who enters the performance space must have a ticket, regardless of age. Please check event details to make sure your child is old enough to be admitted. Children may sit in a parent’s lap if they ahve a valid tickets and an assigned seat directly beside the parent.
Can I take photos or videos?
Taking photos or recording of any kind is strictly prohibited and will be monitored closely by the theatre staff. To avoid any hassle, please keep your phone put away.
What if I need to change my tickets?
Tickes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However, they are transferrable. If you can no longer attend for any reason, you may simply give your tickets to someone else to use.
Is the theatre accessible?
Yes, the Al Green Theatre is fully accessible. Wheelchair locations are marked on the interactive seating map. An elevator provides access to Row P seating. Row A is accessible at ground-level. If you require additional assistance, please email us.
