Frequently Asked Questions
How long is the show
Theatrical titles vary and running times will be listed on the individual event page and ticketing page.
When should I arrive
Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the start time listed on your ticket. Late arrivals are disruptive to everyone. Latecomers may not be seated right away, may miss part of the show, or may be directed to alternative seats.
What age is appropriate to attend
Recommended ages are listed on each event or ticketing page. Parents should do their own research to see if a title is oppropriate for the maturity of their child. A ticket is required for each person regardless of age. Children under 4 will only be admitted to events that are marked All Ages.
How do I know where I'm sitting
Your ticket includes specific information about where you are seated, including Row letters and Seat numbers. Please make yourself aware of this location prior to arriving at the theatre. You must remain in your assigned seat for the duration of the performance.
What are the different seating options
Seating sections may vary by event. Generally, the main area (Rows A-Q) are regular theatre seats, raked for a great view. Some events may include Table seating or other special seating areas which will be indicated on the interactive seating map.
What are the different price levels
Price levels are displayed when selecting a seat. Seats may have one or more price levels available. Common prices:
Regular: Regular priced tickets
Me+3: Purchase 4 or more tickets in one order and save.
Price levels are only valid for the same transaction. For example, separate orders cannot be combined for discount price levels.
Is the theatre accessible
Yes, the Al Green Theatre is fully accessible. Wheelchair locations are marked on the interactive seating map. An elevator provides barrier-free access to wheelchair locations in Row N. If you require additional assistance, please email us.

What is your refund/exchange policy
There are no refunds for tickets. Tickets may be exchanged with at least 3 days notice for another performance in the same series. If a show is rescheduled or postponed, your tickets remain valid for the new date. While we strive to deliver outstanding performances, we cannot guarantee that they will be to your liking, meet your preferences, or be free from technical errors or other issues.
What if I forgot to enter a promo code
Promo codes must be entered and verified during checkout before payment. They cannot be applied retroactively after an order has already been completed.
What if I can no longer attend
Missed performances cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please call the ticketing hotline at least 3 days in advance of your performance, with an alternate performance in mind. While your tickets are not refundable, they are transferrable, and you may simply give them to someone else to use.
What payment methods are accepted
We are a cashless venue. You may pay and tip with your card of choice, or with any major mobile payment method.
What fees apply to my order
Our ticketing provider charges a fee on all tickets. There is also a variable Facility Fee. These fees are clearly marked before payment, and are unavoidable, regardless of how or where tickets are purchased.
